P H E Ward was started by Peter Ward in 1966 and today is run by his sons, Michael and Martin Ward. The P H E Ward team is a small but highly skilled team of specialists who pride themselves on delivering the highest quality workmanship. With combined experience of well over 200 years in the team we have experience of all types of construction projects from renovations of historic buildings to multi-million pound new build home projects, and everything in-between. Our team of experts covers every element of a building project from architecture and project management to decorating and interior design.
We pride ourselves on our reputation for delivering high quality work and consequently over 95% of our work is gained through referrals from satisfied customers. In 2007 we won a regional award in the prestigious FMB Master Builder of the Year for a home renovation project in Chigwell, Essex..
In 2012 we won another Federation of Master Builders award for a renovation project in Abridge, in which we turned an old bungalow into a state of the art four bedroom, four bathroom family home.
We are members of the Federation of Master Builders, provide new build guarantees under the NHBC warranty scheme.
